We provide national and international shipping using some of the best carriers available on the market.

SHIPPING COST

Here at surf-shop we understand the eagerness while waiting for the order. This is why we are doing our best to have a fast delivery directly to your house.

National Shipping

For all the national orders, we provide free shipping for orders over 150 euro, restrictions apply to products over 160 cm long and/or over 10 kilos products. Discounted items cannot benefit from  the free shipping offer.

European Shipping

We provide free European shipping for orders over 250 Euro, restrictions apply to products over 160 cm long and/or over 10 kilos products. Discounted items cannot benefit from  the free shipping offer.

OVERSIZE ITEMS

We can ship items up to  350cm  longer. Any items longer than 160 cm are considered oversized items which can lead to a higher shipping cost.  The weight of the oversize items is calculated usiNg this formula: (LxlxH)/6000.

IMPORTANT !

After you place your order you will be contacted by one of our agents who  will confirm your order,  will inform you about any additional shipping costs that may appearand,  delivery and tranzit time. All items listed on our website  are available imediatelly or can be available in 7 to 10days.  In case you are not happy with these costs, we will refund your money on the same day we receive it.

In the same day we ship you will receive a tracking number. In case  you have any questions just send us an email or click on Live Chat.

In the unfortunate event when the order is not received or  is lost in transit, we will need your support in resolving this issue. In the situation when ,for any particular reason, the customer refuses to offer the needed information  it can lead to the customer being charged for the full amount of the lost goods.

surf-shop cannot be held responsible for items that cannot be delivered because the customer provided a wrong address. It is also the customer’s responsability to collect the order from the carrier if the parcel was not delivered .

The resending of the order to a different address will automatically lead to shipping cost that will be charged to the customer.  

TRANSIT DURATION

All national orders will be deliveredt o your address in maximum 48 hours after leaving our warehouse.
