According to the European Legislation, all items purchased on webshop can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. We extended this period to 30 days, under the following conditions:

Returned items must be unused, with all the original labels in the original box and/or packaging. In case the product is sold in a box, the box must be protected with additional paper or a plastic wrapping

Items that show signs of use, damage, or without the original wrapping and labels will not be accepted as refunds. The only exception is if the item is faulty and is covered by a warranty. To see the warranty details, please go to WARRANTY (LINK)

We strongly recommend that returned items should be sent using an insured method of delivery that can be tracked online. We do not take any responsibility for items not received or not insured accordingly.

After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund in a maximum of 5 working days


We provide a refund under the following circumstances:

- in the slight possibility that you pay for your order but due circumstances the item you ordered is not available anymore and cannot be reordered or replace with a similar product

- if you do not agree with the delivery extra costs that might appear due to our SHIPPING (link) policy restriction

-if you do not agree with the delivery time mentioned by our agent in the order confirmation

- if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchased product, you can return for a  refund up to 30 days from the purchase date. We will provide the refund in 2-3 days after receiving the parcel, please see the RETURN conditions



Returning costs:

For national orders, we provide one free return/exchange, for orders over 150 Euro or equivalent value in Romanian currency. If the order is under 150 euro, the customer is responsible for the costs that may arise in returning the goods using a carrier.

If the items are returned by the customer to our shop during working hours, there are no additional costs.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the costs that may arise in returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty and need to be replaced as a warranty claim.

ONLY when the return is a result of our error (the item delivered was an incorrect or defective item), surf-shop will cover return shipping cost up to 25 euro


Refunding costs

The refund of the returned items can be made as follows:

-Cash, in the, retails shop, located in Bucharest, Ardeleni 24, for products up to 100 euro or equivalent value in Romanian currency

-Bank transfer in maximum 5 days, for products over 100 euro or equivalent in Romanian currency

 For international orders, the refund can be made only by bank transfer or PayPal



We provide a refund under the conditions mentioned above. The refund will be made in maximum of 5 days after the amount is delivered to our account. Following  bank procedures, the time in which you receive the refund depends on the payment method, as follows:

-Card payment: 2-3 business days payment  processing;

-Bank Transfer payment: up to 5 business days payment processing.
