To make an order on, you don’t have to create an account. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that you do create one, to make future shopping on our webshop easy for you and to take advantage of our Fidelity program. The system will securely remember your account data, and you will be the only person who will have access to them, using a username and password.

By creating an account on first order, you can automatically take advantage of our fidelity program. More than that, you can see your order history, you can edit your data, addresses, or any other details you need to change.



The items you find on can be purchased following a few simple steps:

  1. Choose the products you desire using the filters available on the left side of the page. Make sure you choose the right size for you. If you are not sure if the product is right for you, check the sizing charts available. If you still have questions, CONTACT US. After choosing the product, press Add to basket t. Repeat this simple procedure for all the items you want to buy.

  2. To complete your order, press the Check OUT button

  3. In order for us to process your order, we need to know your invoicing address and your delivery address (if it is different from your invoicing address), and the payment method you choose. Also, if you decided to create an account, you will also need to create a password for your account, that you can use next time.

  4. If you have a voucher, insert your discount code into the dedicated field.

  5. After completing all the data, press Send Order.

  6. You will be redirected to the payment page, according to your selection, where you can complete the payment.

  7. The order is ready, please wait for confirmation.



Even though we are doing our best to have the stock availability updated daily and to provide the correct information and images of the products, there is a slight possibility that some products might be out of stock and some of the product pictures or descriptions may be inaccurate.

When receiving the order, one of our agents will contact you to confirm the order, shipping address, and shipping costs, if applicable. Orders are not processed on weekends and legal holidays. In case the product is out of stock or you are not happy with the products, shipping cost, or delivery time costs, we will refund your money on the same day we receive it.

You can pay for the products you want to purchase from using the following methods:

-Card payment with zero commission. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD using 3-D secure security systems.

-Cash on delivery ( available only for National Orders), using Courier Services.

-Cash or Card Payment at POS, if you choose to collect your order from the shop, Ardeleni 24, București.

-Bank Transfer, in a maximum of 3 days after receiving the order confirmation. For bank transfer, the customer must pay all banking charges.
